Refund Policy

At ARCHDEV, we aim to provide clear and professional guidelines for payments and refunds for all our training programs. As we continue to develop our internal policies, the following general terms apply.

 

1. Payment Terms

We accept payments through the following methods:

  • Bank transfer or deposit

  • GCash or other e-wallets

  • Online payment gateways (e.g. PayPal, credit/debit cards)

  • Cash payments at our training center (where applicable)

 

All payments must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

 

Enrollment is only considered confirmed once full payment is received and verified.

 

2. Provisional Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted under reasonable circumstances, such as:

  • Course cancellation by ARCHDEV

  • Rescheduling conflicts initiated by the training center

  • Personal withdrawal, subject to approval and timing

 

The specific percentage or amount of refund (if any) will depend on the nature of the case and is subject to review by ARCHDEV management.

 

3. Changes, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

​

  • Participants may request a rescheduling of their training prior to the start date, subject to slot availability and administrative approval.

  • No-show without notice or withdrawal after course starts: No refund

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

​

  • Payments already processed for official Autodesk exams or licenses are generally non-refundable once submitted to Autodesk.

  • Custom or private training sessions once scheduled and prepared

5. Policy Finalization and Future Updates

​

As ARCHDEV continues to build its operational framework, this policy will be updated with specific rules, timeframes, and refund percentages. The updated policy will be published on our website and will supersede any previous provisional guidelines.
